Traditional Sounds of Samba supplies real samba school instruments from Rio de Janeiro. All of our instruments are sourced from the factories and craftspeople who are the main suppliers to the top Samba Schools of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, and the equipment we sell is constantly being field tested in the Baterias of the Rio samba schools.

Traditional Sounds of Samba was formed in the year 2000. Our directors have many years of experience playing in samba schools in Europe and Rio de Janeiro. Our first hand experience is reflected in the instruments, accessories, videos, gifts and CDs that we sell on these pages.
