Shipping & Returns
Postage and Packaging:
UK Postage and packaging calculations are based on weight; International postal charges are calculated by volume We currently use Royal Mail and selected courier services for our shipping requirements.
If ordering from outside the UK we strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. If you use an untracked service, we cannot trace or replace items lost in the post.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch any orders as soon as possible. You should certainly receive any smaller website order order within 14 days, often within 48 hours. International orders usually arrive within two weeks but they can take longer. With regards to large orders and instrument packages,we reserve the right to make deliveries by installments, and to invoice each of these deliveries seperately. Goods that cannot be delivered at the time of order will be placed on forward order, and will be invoiced when ready for dispatch.
Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a replacement or refund. Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt, and you will need to return the damaged item to us. In the case of large items damaged in the post, please contact us to arrange for collection, and in any case, contact us before returning any items.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be in unused condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of receipt, unless we have notified you otherwise. 2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
