Our standard surdo beater / surdo mallets comes in two sizes, a choice of colours (see below) with wooden shaft and a firm padded head. We also sell an aluminium surdo beater / mallet with a soft puffy head.

We recommend you buy short surdo beaters for children and for playing third surdo, and longer surdo mallets for playing first and second surdos. The aluminium shafted surdo beaters are great for people with big hands.
