Postage and Packaging:
Postage and packaging calculations are based on weight and volume. We currently use Royal Mail, DHL and Lynx for our shipping requirements.
We aim to dispatch any orders as soon as possible. You should certainly receive your order within 14 days, often within 48 hours. International orders usually arrive within two weeks but they can take longer.
If you are not happy with your goods for any reason then please contact us and we will accept them back as long as they are still in the in the same condition as they were sent to you. If you wish to return any goods please contact us at 0208 452 0053 or by e-mailing us, and we will discuss arrangements for replacing or refunding the items. We recommend sending back to us by special delivery with the recommended insurance cover as if the items are damaged during the return trip we will not deem them to be in unused condition. If the goods are returned to us in an unused condition within 28 days of your receipt of the goods we will refund the price of the items along with the outgoing delivery cost
Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a replacement or refund. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt, and you will need to return the damaged item to us. In the case of large items damaged in the post, please contact us to arrange for collection, and in any case, contact us before returning any items.
