Our Atabaques are made specially for us. They are made of wooden slats, strengthened with iron rings, and have hide skins. Our newest atabaques are tuned with metal tension rods, as we find these do not go out of tune when being played, unlike the old rope and wedge models.

These are genuine full sized atabaques, with no compromise in size or quality.
